Best O'C Settings for P5w

Hi Guys i was wondering what the best settings for O'Cing the P5w are.

Currently i got the following setup

E6600
P5W DH Deluxe
2GB Corsair C4 800
Scythe Ninja Plus
Leadtek 7950GT

with the following settings:

FSB: 340
DRAM: 680
Vcore: 1.35
MCH: 1.55
PCI: Auto
PCH: Auto
DRAM Timmings: 4, 4, 4, 12

So im running at 3.06Ghz with a temp of 35C idle and 40/42C Maxed out. But is there any way to optimise this futher?

set pci to 33.33mhz up the vmach to 1.65, up the vcore to 1.4 - 1.41 then try the fsb at 400

Ive got my Gskill 6400HZ running 756mhz 3-3-3-8, try cranking the timings down on urr corsair.

I have a similar setup. and i was also wanting to boost the cpu performance.
Im running:

E6600 Conroe
P5W DH Delux
2gb of PC8000 1000mhz Ballistix
Hiper Type R 580W Modular psu
Sythe Ninja Plus

FSB: 335
DRAM: 675
Vcore: 1.35
Dimm voltage auto
MCH: 1.55
PCI: Auto
PCH: Auto
DRAM Timmings: 5, 5, 5, 15

im running at 3.01ghz. idle temp at 38 degrees. What would i need to do to achieve 3.2ghz.?
