this is my bain. we are all big lads here so we get through potatoes like wild fire. 15 mins a bag peeling i do about 7 a week.

Can't beat home made chips for sure and maybe salt and pepper them up. But if we go frozen then we find skin on fries from Lidl are alright

I don’t peel potatoes. For some reason my eyes stream when I peel potatoes. I have roast potatoes with skin on.
