Hi guys,

Whats the best release of P35 chipset drivers in your opinion? Just the latest ones?

Has anyone ever managed to slipstream them into a Windows CD?

Yes on both counts :)

I went here...

http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/sb/CS-015001.htm

and downloaded the drivers for XP and then used nlite to integrate them, it worked well. Also I integrated the LAN, and video drivers, I should have also done the same fro the sound thinking about it.

I'm not too sure how capable vlite is to integrate these drivers as I've never used it.

You could enter them in the RunOnce section with a switch like -s for silent install, depends on the way they are packaged though. I never integrate gfx driver as its updated every month and I dont format that much so its not much of a big deal to me, but if you wanted to its fully possible to do.

Just as capable as nlite. I use vlite without any issue for integration of drivers/updates etc.

Have you been able to add application and utilities to it like you can with an XP created CD via the list of application add-ons available....?

can't add appz ect to vlite yet :(

I've never managed to get NLite to integrate video drivers etc etc becuase they all come as exe's?

extract exe, then slipsteam into vlite - nlite, works a treat.
If beta drivers Or 64x drivers, will get a pop up asking if u want to install them :)
