Best PAYG Network for GPRS?

Looking to get a PAYG SIM Card just to be used for GPRS Data, don't need text or voice calls, and it must be used in a phone a data card isn't an option.

What is the best Network & Tarrif to go for?

Orange do the PayG Orange World Bundle. 4mb for 4 quid

Orange also do, or did do (depending on how gprs mad you are going to go) unlimited GPRS for £1/day.

Its free on 02 at the moment, at least mine is anyway

I only want it for Traffic Reports through my Tom Tom Go.
