Best phone for £200 or less for the missus?

As above really, the missus has been saving for a new phone and needs to replace her rapidly dying old Samsung. So what's the best phone for £200 or less?

Only requirements are a half decent camera and that it's not too big.

Usually anything in moto g* range
Is great spec for the money
Though it's not exactly small though most phones nowadays aren't
