Best place for bodywork repair?

Got a 2004 BMW 320CI M Sport....unfortuantely some bimbo hit the front drivers side wing. Luckily its pretty superfical damage but will need a replacement front wing. Any ideas where I could pick a second hand one up from or any good places to get it sorted around the midlands area.

Insurance wont cover the damage and they quoted £700 from a VW bodywork repair shop!

She might have TPFT.

The person who hit it should pay out but not if it was a hit and run.

If she has TPFT then of course it would cover.

Covers Third Party (I.e. an external party such as the OP), and fire and theft damage.

Thats the basis of all car insurance, that you don't screw someone else over when you screw up.

OP needs to clarify.
