To be honest from your previous stories it sounds like a stereotypical lairy group who get completely hammered and then cause chaos. If so, then stick to the places that are more tolerant of this kind of behaviour, namely the major stag group places like Prague etc.

Depending on where you go, a flight abroad can be cheaper than a train ticket to Newcastle for instance. Plus you're often finding accommodation, food, booze etc. cheaper than anywhere in the UK.
 
Being from Newcastle I'd choose Prague every time, but then I suppose most of that is that it's just a change of scenery for me. I don't think you'll go wrong with the Newcastle night life, it can get a bit hectic mind! Prague is obviously far cheaper if you drink lager, spirits however were near UK prices when I was last there (wow, 10 years ago now!).
 
Warsaw? For a long weekend (3 nights) I have paid £80 pp (Going in just over a week). That's staying at a mercure hotel in the city centre also.
Then organised PMShooter, and spending £100 each on a shooting package, that combined with super cheap beer..... Win Win.

If not what about Kaunas in Lithuania? Last year I paid 6 Euros for 4 pints :)
 
Czech women are decent. Loads of Roma prostitutes around hassling you though.

I went to a Stag party in Budupest which is one of my favourite party cities anyhow. That was a blast. Had a girl collect the group from the airport in a limo with stripper and beers inside. Then had her take us out for a couple of nights, as well go karting. Personally though I had my best night before all the guys arrived, attending a student pubcrawl. Always seem to get bought drinks by big breasted women in Budapest.
