I've decided to get a few more suits for work,

Where does everyone go? Slaters?

Looking to get three suits, perhaps around £300-400 each?

Cheers

£300 - £400 each? Can go somewhere a bit nicer than slaters.

However yes Slaters is where I get mine, got a ted baker suit for £120 which was sweet :)

Jeuss that sounds like a good deal,

I usually goto Next, but thought I'd go for a designer suit or two

I'd go to Austin Reed of that.

It depends what you want the suit for. If you want something that looks cool and modern then Ted Bakers are cool, but if you want something classic (traditional) then try Austin Reed or even M&S (the fabric might not be up to Saville Row standards, but the cuts are pretty good).

I like'd a couple of the Austin Read website, the Ted Baker site is down at the moment, might check out House of Faser in town as I think they do Ted Baker suits?

They hire a suite in a hotel over here, take all your measurements, then send them back to Hong Kong to have the suit made. Its then shipped over here.

I generally get a couple of suits and half a dozen shirts made up, plus extra trousers, for around the same cost as a single hand made suit from saville row....

Yeah I've seen this guy's advertisements in the FT, I take it the suits are well made, he's in Bristol on the 26th - 28th this month so i could pop a long. I might get one as a trial?

Really well made. Im no expert, but I cant fault the workmanship.

They keep all your details on file as well, so provided you havent porked out they can make you new shirts/jackets/trousers on demand.

Cheers fella,

Don't care what anyone says, ladies like guys in suits, and have a custom tailored suit is definitely for the win.

plus always good for impressing the management, £1200 well spent IMO
