Best place to get annual travel insurance ?

Hi,

looking to get an annual travel insurance, was wondering what you guys reccomend ?

Was about to buy from http://www.travel-insurance-web.com

but noticed just before the big proceed button it said :

No cover for watches, jewellery and credit cards.

which is pretty important really !!

Any others ?

Post Office offers pretty good insurance.

It might work out cheaper to 'upgrade' your account, pay a monthly fee and get free insurance?

STA travel are quite good and you don't have to be a student either. Their insurance also covers you for many adventure activities too. Think it costs a bout 120 quid a year (excluding amercia).

i used the AA, about £65 for worldwide inc USA with baggage, exculding weddings golf, sking etc.

Not the cheapest i could find but i don't like dealing with companies i have never heard of

I went with www.insureandgo.com it was an OK price.

I've not used them for a claim though.

I always use www.direct-travel.co.uk. Very competitive and if you give them a call they'll talk you through what is and what isn't covered.
