best ram for i5 - MSI P55-GD65

I was thinking of these OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channe

or these

G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit

I have my mobo and cpu already just need the ram then i can connect and away i go.

What do you recommend? If you know of any better please say. Must be under £70 and 3gig minimum...

i found these Patriot Viper 3GB (3x1GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600MHz) Low Latency Tri-Channel Do you think the will work on a P55 mobo?

Personally, i'd go for this RAM. Its identical to the G.Skill stuff you linked to above, but with better memory timings of CL8 compared to CL9 and you only have to pay an extra pound.

The final RAM you linked to, the Patriot Viper stuff will technically work, but it I wouldn't suggest using it. Its for triple channel i7 platforms, not dual channel i5 platforms. Therefore, if you installed all 3 sticks then it would have to revert to single channel mode which is much slower. Also, its only 1GB per stick which is pretty low density these days (most DDR3 sticks are 2GB per stick) and only totals up to 3GB - less than the others.

thanks cmndr_andi! i read a thread what discussed those 2 and there not ment to be a big difference in gap. But for a extra £1 i guess i could go for them!
