Best screen capture software to make Demo/walk through

Hi,

I am looking to make a demo of some software and would like it to be a video based demo. I would like it to capture what i do onscreen and then cut and edit it to make a final walk through of the software.

I would also like to add audio to it at a later date and maybe make it interactive.


Any help from previous experience or ideas would be great!

My brother uses this software and seriously rocks!

It records as you go through what ever you are doing then allows you to add comments and things in to the video, then exports it as a flash presentation

Also it automatically add's things like "CLick Start", "Click File" depending on the menu's you go into during the recording.
