looking for the best sim only deals. iirc you could get just a sim which was at a set price like a contract but it was only a 30 day one so you could cancel at any point and you'd get loads of minutes etc. best place to get these?

Which network would you prefer to be on? Also how much internet allowance/texts/minutes do you need?

Tesco (o2 reseller) offers 500 minutes, unlimited texts, no internet for £12.50/month (here)
GiffGaff (o2 reseller) offers 400 minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited internet £15/month (here)
Orange
offers 500 minutes, unlimited texts, 500mb internet for £20/month (here)

All are sim-only 1 month rolling contracts.

Who does virgin use? Never even considered them.
Being a virtual operator, Virgin Mobile does not maintain its own network, and instead has contracts to use the existing network of Everything Everywhere.

Everything Everywhere (officially Everything Everywhere Limited) is a mobile network operator and internet service provider company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with around 28 million customers.[2] It operates under both the Orange and T-Mobile brands and currently only offers its services within the UK.

That's only a good deal if you use it, very very few people will use anywhere near 2000minutes.
Always check your bills or phone usage to see what you actually use. So many people you can laugh at. I got 10million minutes, then you check the phone and found they used like 120minutes that month and could have got a deal for a third of the price.

that is so true but since it is a 30 day contract, you can check your minutes, and sometimes it is good to have more minutes and then less minutes, if you relised that you dont use them, you can go for a less deal. also with the link i provided, you realised that you get a discount which sometime make you pay the same rate for someone who has like 600 minutes... ie 2000 minutes for £20 or 600 minutes for £20 same monthly just more minutes for the same price....which is a better deal.

If it has been tracked how long does it take it to get paid to quidco so you can transfer it yourself? (First time I have used it) :)
