Best socket 939 matx mobo available

Wondering which one is the best available, planning on getting a opty 170 aswell so want to overclock it quite a bit.

Sata 2 and Dual gigabit lan would be preferable and 4 ram slots a def.

Cheers kizz, that was the one i was looking at. Any idea if overclockers are selling these, or shall i have to start a new product wanted thread like i did with the opty 170?
