best ssd for £150 ish

what do i need to look for apart from read/write speeds? it doesnt ned to be huge but 50 gb+ is preferable
what exactly is trim? is it a program? i know it relates to maintainance but dont know much else

I'd say the Intel 120GB drive for just a little more than £150.
