Best SSD for Macbook Pro, Performance Vs Value

Hi guys,

Just a quick question what would be the best SSD for a Macbook pro? In terms of performance vs value? I know the Intels are highly recommended but will only get one if they are fully compatible, and worthwhile in terms or RL gains.

Also i read somewhere that there was stuttering issues with that drive and the mac pros, can anyone confirm this.

I've used a fair number of them now and I always end up back with the Crucial M225. Not too expensive (!) and good performance.

Currently running an OCZ Vertex 120GB with Snow Leopard and never had a problem. OCZ have a very well supported forum on their website.

how much of an improvement would say a kingston 128gb v be over a 5400 hd?

I'm thinking of either getting the intel or the crucial m225..... mainly based on them both getting good reviews.
