Best thermal paste for 7900x Z73 Kraken 360?

Which thermal paste do you guys use? I want something low maintanace and dont want it drying out after a year or 2, but want high performace as the same time? Which is overall best and how ofter would it need changing/reapplying?​

Stay clear of liquid metal if you can anything conductive is a risk unless your ok with that. The kryonought range are excellent and will only be a couple of degrees between them.

Thanks for info, are there any risks associated with the other 2? Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme Performance and Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut High Performance Thermal Paste?

How many ml would be sufficent for 1 application on cpu?
