Best TV 50" plus approx £1500 (without lots of issues)

i have a G10 which is about 10cm thick and wall mounted, i dont find it offensive most people look at them front on not sideways so dont mid how thick they are.

I'm guessing that for most people its fine or they wouldn't sell many tv's. I would have gone for a panny if they wern't so thick as they do have a good reputation for picture quality. The Samsung PN58C8000 looks the most tempting to me of 50" tv's atm but as with all the tv's on the market atm they all seem to suffer from some kind of niggle or fault. I think I am going to wait till 2011 and see what new ones arrive.
