My PC is quite old. I recently got more interested in games. Hi I did a benchmark test - see below

UserBenchmarks: Game 3%, Desk 61%, Work 3%
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K - 73.2%
GPU: Intel HD 3000 (Desktop V1 1.1 GHz) - 1.6%
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB - 76.5%
HDD: WD Blue 3TB (2015) - 42.7%
USB: Seagate Expansion 1TB - 21.2%
RAM: Kingston 9905403-894.A00LF 2x8GB - 47.9%
MBD: Asus P8Z68-V LX

Edit: Graphics card (not currently installed):

Palit GTX 750Ti KalmX Graphics Card (2 GB, GRA, PCX)

Which upgrades should i consider? I dont know which to choose as i dont know what wll be compatible. Ideally i want a quiet pc - so probably fanless graphics.

Put you 750ti back Into your computer and you should be able to play Some games, Then see how it performs .

Fanless gpu isn't compatable with gaming you could set a custom fan curve foe your graphics card

Seems like you are probably not running that CPU overclocked so that would probably be the best place to start, getting the max OC you can on that CPU.

You can still game on a 750ti reasonably, no point upgrading it without a better CPU etc.

I would personally spend £200 on a new CPU / RAM / mobo. You should be able to find a AMD 3100, 2600(X) or similar for around £100, then a standard b450 board (£50 or under ) and a 16GB 3000/3200mhz RAM kit for around £50.

You can then upgrade the GPU further down the line but performance should at least be 'smooth'.

thanks for suggestions.

So is the amd better than intel model at that price?

Also will my 750ti card be compatible with the motherboard?

AMD 100% on your price point yep.

It should be compatible yep.

Get a 3100 if you can find one, otherwise, a 2600 / 2600 will do. Wouldn't recommend a 1st gen CPU like a 1600.
