Best USB Wireless stick to get?

I have the new dual band Time Capsule by Apple and although all my macs are working perfect - I want to connect my PC wirelessly rather than via the unreliable powerline connection they are using now. I am wondering what USB Wireless adapter everyone recommends, and what speeds can i likely get out of them

Time Capsule - so basically Airport Extreme

Went with Airport Express in the end - can connect to my wireless network and then to my PC via ethernet - get fastest speeds I've ever had compared to wireless sticks and powerline adapters.
