Best value CPU and RAM for new AM3 board?

Okay, I've been given this board:

Gigabyte MA790XT-UD4P

It's a 790X + SB750 chipset.

Budget is about £150, what's the best CPU & RAM for this budget?

I can stretch £10 or so if it's necessary. Also hopefully there will be some sales tomorrow as I'd like to order before any VAT increases.

4GB of DDR3 will set you back about £70:

That leaves about £80 for a processor, which isn't quite enough for a good quadcore so I'll suggest:

Hi there, thanks for the reply. Is it worth spending more on G.Skill? I'm planning to order this tomorrow so if that cheaper RAM isn't in I'd like to have a backup plan.
