A washing machine is fine as long as you use a cool wash, the air system will only be affected by a hot wash as this will cause the air to expand.

If I put them in the washing machine do I turn off spin on the wash cycle? Surely spinning the trainers at 400+ rpm won't do them any good?

They have an air bubble, not a system

The air bubble won't pop if you don't put it on a 90 degree wash, so just do a short, cold wash. And put them in a pillow case too.

Tumble dry on low heat or if your not feeling brave, airing cupboard for a few days

Should add they have suede on them so wouldn't that get ruined in washing machine? Like I said they aren't that dirty externally. I just want to freshen the insides of them and kill the sweat bacteria.

Some of the stupid Ltd releases have suede on them and if that's the case there's not much you can do other than a bottle of febreeze or hanging them on the washing line on a windy day
