Best way to cool my new build?

I've ordered the following,

and basically want to know the best way of cooling it. The case includes 4 fans, but I will want to add 2 at the front for my 4 hard drives. I was debating to order 2 of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-056-AK as they get good reviews, and on offer this week, and use a front-mounted fan controller. I'll be using a 8800 GT graphics card, and may possibly overclock it eventually. Does this sound like a good idea, or is there a better alternative?

So does this cable allow the fans to be controlled by the mothereboard, meaning i wouldn't need a fan controller?

The akasa splitter cable will allow control of three fans with power coming direct from the psu, the pwm signal end is connected to the 4 pin cpu header on the motherboard which allows control of fan speeds. All three fans will be seen as one, all running at the same speed, all of the fans connected have to be 4 pin pwm models with the same speed ratings.
