best way to download 20gig

Whats the best way to download it via ftp? (Tons of files 0-15mb), I also want a client that can check to see if a new file has been added and download only that one.

Which client do you think is best for practically mirroring a ftp?

Put it on DVD or 4. Or even 2/3 duel layer disks? and post it. Far quicker.

A simple, one line wget as a cron job is perfect for this. You'd tell it where the files are and it would update those files whose versions are newer than the ones in the target directory.

No, I haven't a clue how I'd do it on Windows. I imagine some FTP program for it must be scriptable.
