Those trying to sound "cool" will.

Notepad is a terrible piece of software for writing any sort of language. It's designed for basic note taking in electronic form.. that's it.

It has no syntax highlighting, line numbers etc etc. A decent text editor such as PSPad is perfect. Preview what you're doing in Firefox and IE as you go along.
