BFG 680sli error 5d on motherboard

Took machine apart and put it back together.
Now get the 5d error and an continuous loud alarm.
Anybody got any ideas what causes this please?

Manual says "Super IO" perhaps the front header needs sorting?

He means the cables that yo uplug into the header on the motherboard that run to the front of the case for your front USB ports / headphone ports.
