Big difference in temps with EK Supremacy Waterblock

For what its worth I meant flipping the block around 180 degrees not the pipes.

I don't know how the cores are arranged in your chip but thought this might show whether the block maybe has a blockage or something in it?

Could be worth a try though i highly doubt it will make a difference as the thermal paste underneath will be evenly spread anyway so it should have an even contact with the block.
