Many new cars come with a different sized spare (same rolling radius), which is normally a good thing. I think a full size spare in my car would mean virtually no boot space...
Change the tyre if necessary to equalise the radius.
if you're really worried about it and you get a flat, put the spare on the non-driven axle, i.e. if your car is FWD with a flat front tyre, put a rear one on the front and the small wheel on the back?
edit: this has been posted before i think but there's a rolling radius calculator on this site that seems quite good, you can put in the details of your current tyre and your larger tyre and see what the rolling radius difference is, then play with tyre sizes to see what matches?
There's a 2.3% difference in the rolling radius - nothing too much to worry about, especially for a spare. As karoshi said - if needbe, just make sure you've got a matched pair on your driven axle.
