that's the 24" which has a 16:10 ratio, more vibrant colours(larger colour space) and is generally better all around

if you can afford it then definitely buy it

One is a global delivery service, one is a type of monitor technology found in almost all current monitors and the last one in this context is a type of backlight for the second one.

Edit: You corrected it to IPS. It's a type of LCD monitor that you can read all about on these forums. They can also be LED backlit.
