@4T5 Did they send you any sealant with the exhaust? It clearly states on the receipt and manual a sealant is included. But its missing from my box...

I'll probably get around Monday to fit it, I've so many assignments to do its mental... I hope my neighbours will like the new exhaust :D
BTW I'll post a video clip :D

No mate just the can & a clamp but that is all I used & it fit lovely without any leaks, One of the easiest mods you can do to a bike & they just sound so awesome afterwards.

Thanks, I guess I'll try without a sealant than. If everything works, I'll put it on tomorrow. :cool:

I already had a 'hard on' when I saw a S1000RR 1st gen in BMW racing colours with AR can today. :D

I would go with stainless, my SV is pretty much all silver too. Carbon would just look odd and stand out too much... did you buy the blackbird? :D I read your thread, your were deciding between blackbird and some kwaks. :p
 
Isn't HID the best option, if you're looking for best visibility at night?

Mine should be fairly simple to mount considering its a naked bike. :p By playing with the wiring, isn't it just plug and go? :p

True, but isn't the headlight unit empty inside? I mean, as in it has some spare room inside. :p

Did you just get LED bulbs or?

Mine haven't arrived yet... how long did tom_e, your took to arrive?

BTW The garages you've in the UK are tiny, no electricity and heating. It's a bit annoying, when I was younger where I stored my quad there was water, electricity and heating. :cool: I miss having a big garage... :(
 
I would like to see the difference between LED's and HID's personally. I'm debating which one to go for... how long do you've to wait for them to heat up?
