Anyone have any history with these guys? Want to buy an Arai helmet from them. Here's the thing. I live in the US, so its not as simple for me to return or deal with any problems.

Funny enough helmets are a more expensive in the US, compared to the UK. Prob due to the pound being strong... So will be buying from Blighty !

I would have guess it being more to do with helmets being compulsory everywhere here, whereas it's still optional in some States and so, being a choice you make, open to creative pricing...

As far as these guys go, I'd be fairly happy ordering most things from them on the basis that they have a physical business address that you can visit and which is openly published on their own site... and a letterbox through which you can poo!

Beyond that, it looks like they work a bit like OCUK HQ.
As to whether they have good CS, I've only seen the feedback on their 'Online Auction' store, but it's all very encouraging.

All that said, I'd personally never trust any postal/courier service to ship me a lid, however good the seller is.

yeah, no choice.... The local dealer here has a few on the shelves, all crap styles that's probably been tried on 1000x over... and nothing in the backroom... Quality helmets are not on peoples priority list here.

They'll grab the $100 HJC over the $900 Arai.... Given there's no actual requirement for a helmet here, and bikers generally have no idea about anything here, (extended swingarms on 80% on sportbikes here as a perfect example) its hardly a surprise...
