Nice! Pity about needing the net connection though. I remember Steam enforcing this with Half Life 2 and it wasn't very popular.

I hate these kind of "recommended" lists, i would like to know what kind of resolution and graphics quality i can play at on that recommended spec. How do we know thats not just recommended for 800x600 at low settings? At least give the vista score it needs.

I thought BF2 was the only one to remotely use it, but in a game like bioshock thats gonna be some really scary stuff! Imagine hearing that dead little girl running around u in circles !

An 8600 can play it in DX10  , should be one of the best running DX10 games to date when it comes out if thats the case.

There on EAX 4.0 & 5.0 - geez need to catch up (still using Audiy player)

The Audigy can do EAX 4.0 in hardware, as it is pretty similar to EAX 3.0 and was enabled by a simile driver update. It can also technically do EAX 5.0, though anything over the EAX 4.0 spec would be done in software.

Loads and loads of games use EAX!
