Hi
I am hoping to overclock a pc with has the biostar g31-m7 te motherboard, E2180 cpu, 1gb 667mhz ram, 7600gt graphic card, 520w switching power psu. I hear that the E2180 is a good overclocker with some taking it to 3.0+ on stock cooling. But my problem is that the motherboard only has limited o/c settings. There doesnt seem to be a facility to adjust the multiplier so only option is to increase fsb. There is limited ram settings also. I can either set ram to auto or select from two speeds which are dependant on the fsb speed. There does not seem to be a facility to adjust the fsb/ram ratio. i can manually adjust the clock speeds.
Has anyone any suggestions regarding how best to handle an oc with these limited settings in bios ?
Regards
John
