As the title suggests i took the battery out to refill the dionised water and trickle charge it only to find that the crappy factory fitted radio now requires a code to get me back up and running. There is nothing in the ownership manual about the radio, literally nothing just one reference to where a radio can be put(damn those french!
)
So im wondering what to do? Will i have to pay someone to figure out the code for me or would it be cheaper easier to just bung a cheap head unit in there?
As again its a R reg Renault Clio RT 1.4 registered 97, will i need to post the details of the radio, ie model make serial No.?
Had a look on google but couldn't find anything specific on my car!
Help would be much appreciated as driving round in complete silence is only making me sing silly songs and the road noise is doing my nut in
