Bit of chimney /heater advice please

I have a gas fire/backboiler in my house and seems to be working fine most of the time. That is until it is windy, where I can hear the wind coming down the chimney, and when the heating clicks on, I can hear the unit just continually click away until it disables itself failing to ignite ?

Anyone have any idea on how I can solve this or experience in this type of field ?

Could probably do with a new terminal if it hasn't already got a GC1 on there, that should sort it out.
