Thumbs up for Ate blue fluid, always used this for years.

I find Brembo plain discs are very good value and have great life, I'm trying a set of brembo sport discs at the moment, mainly because they have a black coating so don't rust around the hub or vanes.

For dust free pads I use PBR Deluxeplus, as good as std oem pads but no dust at all (v. important when your rims have unlaquered dishes)

Seems odd because the Corolla lot rate them highly, I was kind of set on getting them until I read your post!

They're pearlescent white wheels so show the dirt well, though the rears can be caked in dust while the front wheels (OEM pads) will still be looking fresh.
