bttt with this, anyone know anymore about the drivers?

i have tried CCC 12.3 for xp64 bit, but i still get the BSOD

0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)

bttt for this, i have been playing my games wit a.i turned off so its only uses 1 core and has been fine, but not i have just got borderlands 2 and it is struggling.

anyone know how to fix this please, or recomend me a new/second hand card for around £100 please
