I'd take the thruxton over the 120 on looks, but the 120 will be a more comfortable ride.

The R90 trumps them both but then costs more.

Do you want an ally bike or an axis bike?

What makes you say the RNineT trumps both? I've just ridden both (Thruxton and RNineT) yesterday and I think the Thruxton is much nicer.
 
I think it looks far better and it doesn't have the clip on bars so should be comfier than the thruxton. Triple S A, yo!

I found the bars on the RNineT to be mildly disconcerting, I think it was the width. That and combined with the knobbly tyres (I know you can change them) it felt strange when it cornered.

The Thruxton was, to me, like coming home. My first bike was a Bonnie and I've been missing that feeling of riding it. If the Racer was out now, perhaps it'd be a different choice, but I think I'm set on the Thruxton.
 
I was in a Triumph dealer this weekend and had a good look at the thruxton. The tank really is very pretty. It reminded me of my Bonnie far more than the current Bonneville does.
