Cottage Cheese and Pinapple... I'll try anything once!!!.. to an extent I dont think I will ever be adding a can of tuna to my shakes Rob.... :D

It is definately a good snack. Can't beat toast, spreading peanut butter which then melts. Nom!

You can buy Longley farm cottage cheese with pineapple at all major supermarkets. I couldn't eat cottage cheese just on its own. Let us know if you like it!

Open a tin of Tesco tinned mackerel fillets in tomato sauce, pop in a bowl and cover, nuke for 2 minutes (taking out after 1 minute and giving it a squiz round)
Pop 1 piece of your favoured wholemeal bread in the toaster.
*PING* pour mackerel fillets over toast and boom - great snack.
 
Butternut squash chicken pasta! Delicious! Cook the butternut squash in a bit of olive oil and garlic, grill the chicken, cook the pasta - mix all together and drizzle some butter with chopped nuts on top. Simply amazing :D
 
I like cottage cheese.

I barely cook for myself, wish I could my diet would be bang on. But I do make a post gym snack. Which is normally a brown pitta with either tuna + sweetcorn or chicken breast and cottage cheese. Normally with some jalapeños packed in both. NOM NOM NOM.
