"Bog standard" 400W power supply for P4 BUT QUIET!

Hello,

I have a P4P800 mb + Radeon 9700 graphics board. All is quiet and tamed but the "stock" power supply fan runs all of the time - what I need is a not too expensive quiet (but not silent - I tried this and its like havig a toaster inside the case) ps

Any suggestions please - doesn't need high watts or lots of "modern" connectors - modular would be nice though?

If you look around though there are a lot of 350W PSUs that are a fair bit cheaper and will still do the job. BeQuiet do a 80 Plus one that can be had for £30, and the Antec Basiq 350 can be had for £20 if you're lucky.
