Okay, I didn't want to spill the beans as investigations are still ongoing but I was warned by a friend in the Plod that a bomb threat has been uncovered concerning an attack on St Enoch Square, possibly the Underground, to take place sometime during the last week before Christmas. Suspects are still at large and attack may still take place.

I heard today it was at Braehead, theres obviously something going on.

Glasgow has an underground? Why didn't someone tell me about that. There was me walking around like a fool too.

Stay in your house and hide under a table. Otherwise, go on about your normal business and forget about the rumours.

Clearly Nandos

As for the bomb threat, just rumours until something is confimed, so no need to head for the bomb shelters just yet

A guy with a mate in the police asking people to send him PM's rather than actually posting on an internet forum of course.

If there was known threat to public safety, why would the police want to use the media to warn people of the danger?

CID inspector should be keeping his mouth shut rather than spewing it out to anyone even his family. Yes there might be an element of truth in it but honestly they could say there's a bomb threat in any town or city in the UK these days.

Excuse me for interjecting, but wouldn't it be an improvement for Glasgow? :D

Only parts of it, some of Glasgow is looking very nice now. Some lovely shopping areas and bars to visit. I'm not a massive fan of Glasgow or Edinburgh but I had a cracking saturday there, some of the areas have really done themselves up nicely for the festive season, we're not talking tacky either :)
