Book Storage Options.

Im an avid reader and now own a hell of a lot of books. At the moment they are sitting in 4x 45 litre storage boxes. When we eventually move into our new home I would love to have a really nice wooden book shelf.

I know there are a hell of a lot of readers on this forum also and was wondering how you store/display your books. Hoping for some ideas or inspirations.

Billy from IKEA: cheap (and looks it) but effective. That's what I use anyway (about 500 books worth).

Billy's are probably the most common/cheap option for (reasonably) movable stuff that can still look ok

(especially as you can get them in different colours with or without doors of various types).

I tend to use twin slot adjustable shelving for my books as they are above my bed (twin slot as it's much stronger than the old single slot brackets).
