Hi there

Actually had a play with one of the early engineering samples which did not have the backplate at the time. It was a great card and to my ears pretty much in-audible and one of the most solid cards I have handled. Overclock wise it was just as good as any other, doing around 1570MHz core and 8200MHz memory, so not the best but far from the worse and at the price point for a card with such good looks it is well priced.
 
This stock is now very low, our Price Lock will end when this batch has all gone as rebuy is now much higher unfortunately. :(

Technically, your feet would be warmer with this video card (or a better cooler), because more heat is dissipated ;)
