I'm after a toolkit that can open screws like the following:

Basically the sorts of screws you get on mobile phones, hard drives etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I might be able to buy an appropriate kit? TIA

Torx screwdriver is what you need.

pound shops often sell little screwdriver sets with those types

As above. Most mobiles use a Torx T6 screw.
