hi all my son has built a custom pc with overclockers for £3850 he got it today plugged in all excited,And the pc keeps rebooting hitting temps at 100%. when i try to download anything it gives error codes and reboots hes really upset becuase he cant use it, we cant even get to the point of factory reset to see if that cures it, it goes to blue screen crashes so have to reboot nightmare

For the amount paid I would call Overclockers in the morning.

I assume this is a pre built system by them? I wouldn't do anything until calling them and they suggest what to do.

I take it you mean 100C for the temps and not 100%? If so it could be that the CPU cooler has come loose\taken a knock or not tightened enough when it was installed.

What are the full specs and what is the cooler\brand used? (AIO or air).

May sound silly but are the fans working on the cooler or on the radiator? nothing blocking them or stopping them from moving.

With most pre built systems they come with expanding foam (from unboxings I have seen online) and this needs removing before you can turn the system on so something may have got caught\knocked when this was removed.

just get in contact with ocuk customer service and send it back for them to diagnose
that's what you pay good money for that 3-year warranty for

Agree with this, you do not want to mess with it and void the warranty.

They may ask you to try some basic stuff, but they should talk you through every step.

If the fans on the Arctic Liquide Freezer 2 are working then the cable is plugged in.

Out of interest, what PC is it?
