My new ride (thru a scheme at work (NHS staff nurse) - not bought it ;) )
Face-lift Corsa SRI delivered today with 87 miles on't clock (delivery milage)
da-da-da-da-daa... Im lovin it :D Will probably never own another car that no-one else has farted in before me, so Im making the most of it :D

Its a tiny bit mucky from its motorway sprint to my house, but so far initial impressions are good, driver position is akin to a bus if youre used to older motors (like I am), but to be honest I cant care when Im gettin 57mpg in a car that looks this nice. No spare wheel, but it has an integrated repair/inflation system (see pic). And it aint very quick either (0-62 is quoted at 11.2 I think) but with petrol costs being what they are, Im not arsed.
Enjoy the snaps

57mpg, really? Perhaps a claimed figure, but imagine you would struggle to get that in reality.

And you need your eyes testing! ;)

If its free its good!

It's not free. It's not much if at all cheaper than any other lease really but the benefit is that it comes out of pre tax salary and is taxed at a lower rate than your salary would be if its a lower co2 car.

Although a lot of Corsa-bashing occurs on this Forum, I do think it looks like a nice Car; nice alloys too - better looking than the previous-generation Corsas in my opinion.

I get an average of 55-56mpg out of my Diesel Corsa B, but I don't get special buying schemes so I have to just buy what I can afford.

Looks good to me, hope you enjoy it :)

The worms comment is because it isn't a BMW or a Ford Mondeo, I think (not been visiting motors long enough to know the full 'approved' list of cars). I'd ignore it personally.

Oh get over yourself.

I once owned a Vauxhall and even i agree with the sentiment this has a possibility of being a crap idea.

It's worms because it's a brand new Corsa. Not cos it isn't a BMW/Ford.

Thankfully the OP hasn't bought it himself. It's still a crappy tin can with an 11 plate though.

But OP, enjoy it if you don't think you'll ever have a brand new car again :)

I think it looks quite tidy. The inflation system looks interesting, is that an optional extra?

Please prepare to have your personal finances analysed and anything that can be used against you based on your previous posts bought up because of your choice of car. That's something to look forward to :)

I rented one of these from a rental company at the start of the year, its not a bad little car, not quite as good as my mothers Fabia but knocks spots of my mates KA

Why is it that the first mention of a BMW or a Mondeo in threads like this is always by someone making a deliberately trolly post like this?
