Eventually they are going to have to have free votes on the various options to break the stalemate.

    :D

To be fair, he's the perfect man for the job. Might as well make this thing a complete nonsense, and he's just the man to do that.

The problem is I don't trust the main opposition to allow their MPs free votes, given their leadership's behaviour so far.

Both sides have played party politics all the way through this, a 'unity crisis government' should have been the thing right from the beginning, but our politicians are just too bloody arrogant. I doubt this country will ever recover from this, certainly not in our lifetimes.

I thought about writing something else, but I was actually laughing at what you'd written so I thought I'd stick with that.

Gove is a snake, a sleazy one at that. A man devoid of decency and morals.

But he can do a good speech? Well if that's all it takes to impress you then I guess he's the PM you deserve.

Personally I feel the need for a shower every time I hear him speak.

What did you think of him when he lied during the leave campaign then knifed your man Boris in the back.

I agree, I wish I didn't, but I do. There is a small window left where we can start fixing it from this point, rather than a muhh morning catastrophic point further down the line.

All read this simple post carefully. May not giving us what we want, sling her out. But Gove not what we want again , let’s sling him out.

They just want exactly what they want. Nothing else is considered. It’s our way or high way. Where is the democracy. There is none.

We won't have hit rock bottom till one Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson is pm, the day BoJo walks into #10 is the day we've truly landed face down in the excrement.

If you want to see the problem we still have, this article in the guardian sums it up.

From people’s vote to no deal … What should parliament do now?

    https://www.theguardian.com/politic...-make-their-case-from-no-deal-to-peoples-vote

Two of the mps, Rebecca long-Bailey and Peter bone, are still peddling unicorns, with a non-existent customs union and partial single market alignment (not on offer and never has been) and a 'managed no deal' (Again such an offer doesn't exist and never has).

The common market 2.0 supporters aren't much better, and seem to be significantly oversimplifying the whole thing.

The only ones being realistic are Chris Leslie and nicki Morgan.
