try sky insurance or green light i got discount with them by using my FocusST OC membership, mine is modded and im only 29, pretty sure I also got quotes from chris knott as they advertise on the forums

If you check the FocusST OC forums you will see that Tim from Chris Knott has stated that min. age is 30 and they only allow a max. mod increase of 50bhp (this they increased from 20bhp).
