went to the trade counter today to pick a rather well speced pc, and some how the cpu and vista disc got left behind!:confused: (live 50 miles away!)rang them up, going to post them asap!


great service by all, and i think the best online shop in the uk, :)

was just trying to say thanks. no not prebuilt, just a list.

i work for a large retailer ( M*****) and get very little thanks from the public,

You can talk about the shop, but issues relating to the shop such as order status and tracking is forbidden.

Wouldn't it be better if they didn't forget them in the first place?

All companies experience service failure. That's life.

What sets apart good companies from bad is the way they undertake service recovery.

Accepting your failings and offering to rectify them is excellent customer service.
 
Ach get over it, they're not bad in anyones estimation, and they refused to replace my vista disc - having said that it was my problem...
