I have but just makes him out to be a thug and nothing more tbh.Has anybody seen the film Bronson? It's quite good.
I thought he was pretty much permanently in solitary confinement after his previous outbursts?
He has now spent over 36 years in prison, 32 of those years have been spent in solitary confinement.
Maybe that should be remedied.
Or the massive misuse of them by prison officers, there are some real rummans among them.I guess it's to prevent the inmates potentially getting hold of one.
He has had about 90 days freedom since 1974 and the time he has served is mainly for taking others hostage.
I wonder if he'll ever get out ? I enjoy reading his books though.
I can't help but wonder if there are more dangerous people than Michael Peterson on the street and free as a bird ?
Also, is there any financial sense in keeping him as a Cat A prisoner ? I would doubt he is an escape risk so surely he could be held in a Cat B at less cost ?
It's a bit odd, he doesn't really show any desire to be free, just wants slightly better treatment while he's inside.Agree with this, he's quite a character and his books are enjoyable (he's mental)
Wouldn't of thought of him as an escape risk, he'd just end up getting caught again anyway. Why waste money on him being Cat A.
I doubt they'll ever let him out, unless he gets too old to be a threat, even then wouldn't put anything past him.

You do know that Tasers used in the UK have a security feature in them to prevent misuse ?
How does that work?
No I didn't, that is quite reassuring, we have a lot of HMP officers from strangeways drink in the pub I work at and some of them have real horror stories about their colleagues. You do know that Tasers used in the UK have a security feature in them to prevent misuse ?
