Anyone who knowns Monaco would know that ominous looking clouds regularly form up over hills, which at any point can dump their contents.

Exactly, I have to admit I thought the Halo looked stupid initially but there's been a fair few incidents now where its almost certainly saved lives

Most of them are adults (the minimum age is 17, but few are). Nissany is 27, older than many F1 drivers.
